We are a boutique software & business development firm in Meridian, ID, specializing in AI solutions and creative projects such as film production. Due to our tremendous growth, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Personal Assistant to support our Lead Developer.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, and will excel at managing multiple email inboxes, scheduling, prioritization, and driving efficiency. They will work closely with the Lead Developer, both remotely and on-site, to ensure they can focus on software development, strategic planning, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
‒ Manage multiple email inboxes, reviewing content and context to prioritize read order and response importance.
‒ Organize and maintain the Lead Developer's schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and tasks are effectively managed.
‒ Work seamlessly across multiple locations, including the Lead Developer's home office, personal remote office, and external office space.
‒ Manage digital files in various online cloud databases and physical devices, renaming, sorting, and organizing volumes of digital files.
‒ Drive the Lead Developer to and from local meetings, enabling them to continue working while en route.
‒ Run business and personal errands to maximize the Lead Developer's productivity and focus on their work.
‒ Update and manage large volumes of data entry using Google Sheets and other similar programs.
‒ Exhibit proficiency in Google applications, particularly Google Sheets and Documents, to maintain and organize essential information.
‒ Provide occasional dog sitting and care for the Lead Developer's Husky.
‒ Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including expense report creation, spend tracking, and reporting.
‒ Manage multiple online software accounts and subscriptions, conducting monthly audits of needs.
‒ Other various key tasks as assigned within same general scope.
Qualifications/Requirements:
‒ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when working with the Lead Developer and their family.
‒ Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
‒ Highly proficient in Google applications, particularly Google Sheets and Documents, as well as familiarity with other office productivity tools.
‒ Experience with and understanding of ChatGPT is a strong plus.
‒ Comfortable working around and caring for a Husky dog.
‒ Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.
‒ Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license and insurance, to drive the Lead Developer to and from meetings and run errands as needed.
‒ Although a college degree is not required, relevant experience and skills are essential; candidates without college degrees are encouraged to apply, as long as they possess the necessary qualifications for the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
